HELP

Make every output usable

Do I need an account or a subscription?

No. The tools in this free launch work without registration or payment. Multiple files are supported where the upload area allows them.

What are the upload and download limits?

The current online server accepts up to 4 MB total per request and returns results up to 4 MB. Each tool shows its current limit. Choose fewer files or pages, lower image resolution, or smaller dimensions if a result is too large.

Why did a conversion fail?

Check the file type, file size and settings. The tool explains invalid inputs, missing engines and conversion errors. Some features such as Office rendering, PDF compression and encryption require server software that is not yet enabled. Their upload controls stay disabled until available.

How do I convert a scanned PDF to Word?

Choose Scan to Word and select the matching OCR language. PDF to Word extracts an existing text layer. OCR can misread low-resolution scans, handwriting or complex layouts; review names, numbers and tables before using the output.

What happens to my files?

Direct tools use temporary processing files that are removed when the request ends. The download is held in your browser tab. We do not keep an account history for these conversions. See the privacy policy for hosting logs and advertising information.

Where is my download?

Use the download button on the result screen. Your browser controls the save location. Closing the tab or starting another conversion can remove the result, so save it before leaving.

Are the free document tools powered by AI?

Free AI and document tools offer local text extraction, OCR, passage search and preset field extraction. Original source tools do not generate new answers. Optional AI summaries and answers use the configured provider shown in the workspace and require consent. Both recognition and AI answers need review. See models and free AI limits.

What are the document workspace limits?

One file up to 4 MB, at most 10 PDF pages and 60,000 extracted characters. OCR supports English and simplified Chinese. Office files are not accepted here; convert them to a readable PDF or text file first. Local results can be edited and downloaded as Markdown or JSON. If AI is enabled, it has an additional text limit, 3 requests per network per UTC day and a shared site budget.
