How to use PDF OCR for free

  1. Upload a clear image or scanned PDF and choose English, Simplified Chinese or both.
  2. Check orientation, run recognition and compare the result with the original scan.
  3. Correct editable text where offered and download your chosen output.

Check your result

OCR can misread names, numbers, handwriting or complex tables. Text and Word exports are editable text, not a perfect replica of the scan.

Example: Recognize a printed receipt and compare the amount 125.00 with the original before exporting.
